We are still working on TikTok account connections. The problem remains on TikTok's login and authorization step, and some attempts still fail. We are also checking a few reports of TikTok accounts showing as disconnected. If a connection fails, please try again a little later. Next update within 60 minutes.

This issue is resolved. Between 12:00 and 12:30 UTC, some accounts saw incoming platform events and WhatsApp messages arrive late. Our team is investigating the webhooks that failed during that window. If a message from that window never arrived, ask the sender to resend it. No other action is needed on your side.

The API and dashboard errors are resolved. Service has been stable since 21:38 UTC after we rolled back the change that caused them. Accounts, posts and the dashboard are working normally. If a request failed between 21:17 and 21:38 UTC, please retry it.

This issue is resolved. Between 12:50 and 14:20 UTC, some accounts received incoming WhatsApp and inbox messages several minutes late. No messages were lost. No action is needed on your side.

Resolved: incoming webhook and message delivery times have been back to normal for over 30 minutes and the backlog has cleared. We apologize for the delays and will keep monitoring.

Reddit is temporarily unavailable. Reddit has blocked third-party apps from its API: posts fail with a clear error, messages and analytics stop syncing, and Reddit-only endpoints return 503 PLATFORM_DISABLED. Accounts stay connected. Reddit Ads is not affected.

This issue is resolved. Between 16:55 and 20:30 UTC, some Pinterest video pins took longer to process and could fail to publish. We have rolled out an improvement to how Pinterest video processing is handled. If a video pin still does not publish, please contact support.

This issue is resolved. Between 19:10 and 19:31 UTC, new posts could not be created from the dashboard or the API, and those requests returned an error. Post creation has worked normally since then. If a post failed during that window, please create it again; everything else needs no action on your side. We apologize for the disruption.

This issue is resolved. Between 02:24 and 03:28 UTC, some TikTok posts failed to publish because requests to TikTok failed intermittently. Publishing has worked normally since 03:30 UTC. If a TikTok post failed in that window, publish it again from your dashboard or the API.

This issue is resolved. Between 15:00 and 16:45 UTC, some accounts saw WhatsApp messages fail to send. If a message sent in that window still shows as failed, you can resend it.

Resolved: comment polling is back to normal for all accounts. Since the fix was deployed at 18:18 UTC, every polling run has completed successfully and new comments are being picked up again, including on posts published through Zernio. No action is needed on your side.

This issue is resolved. Between 14:44 and 15:52 UTC, some customers saw the dashboard and API respond slowly or time out, and incoming comments, DMs and webhooks arrived with a delay. Delayed events are being delivered. No action is needed on your side.

This issue is resolved. Until 09:08 UTC, some Instagram posts scheduled before an account was reconnected with a different login method could fail to publish. A fix is live and publishing has been back to normal since. No action is needed on your side.

This issue is resolved. Between September 27 and 19:36 UTC today, some Google Business Profile posts with images failed to publish. Posts that failed can now be published again; no other action is needed on your side.

Webhooks delay issue is solved, the fix is working now on production servers.
