Webhooks delay issue is solved, the fix is working now on production servers.

We have implemented a fix and the webhook queue is now draining. Delivery times will keep getting better and go back to normal as it empties

We’re experiencing delays in outbound webhook delivery due to elevated event volume. Webhooks are still being processed, but some may arrive several minutes late. We’re investigating and monitoring delivery times.
